Campaign Execution Process

Detailed Execution Process

1. Pre-Campaign

Details Responsibility
Creatives must be submitted in PDF, AI, CDR, or any open format Brand
Quality check of creatives is done before go-live TMA
In case of any issue with the creative, the same will be informed to the brand for correction TMA
Mockup will be shared for approval TMA
Mockup needs to be approved by the brand Brand
It takes 7 days to make the campaign live post mockup approval TMA

2. During Campaign

Details Responsibility
Once live, 2 GPS-enabled images of media placements will be shared as proof of campaign start within 3 working days post-start of the campaign TMA
Start-date images will be shared for each apartment as proof of execution—one image per installed poster—within 7 days of the campaign start date. For example, if Apartment X has 5 poster frames where the ads are installed, images will be shared for all 5 posters TMA
Any campaign extensions must be communicated at least 7 days before the campaign end date to prevent media unavailability Brand
Creative changes can only be made after 15 days for an extra cost of ₹150/unit Brand
If the creative is changed, it will take 5 days to replace the old creative(depending upon total apartments it may change); only 3 sample images of the updated creative will be shared as proof TMA

3. Post Campaign

Details Responsibility
TMA will take 7 working days from the campaign end date to share end-dated images for all apartments. It will also consist of one image per installed poster TMA
